Easy Overnight Oats Recipe (1 Minute)

Here’s my overnight oats recipe that I use pretty much every day. You throw the recipe together and throw the oats in the fridge. Give it a few hours and your oatmeal is good to go. I either prep it before bed and eat it in the morning or I prep it in the morning when I wake up and eat it later in the day.

The Recipe

  • 75g – Instant Flavored Oats (Those ones in the little bags) or Quaker Old Fashion Oats
  • 15g – Granola
  • 15g – Whey Protein
  • 15g – Chia Seeds
  • 15g – PBFit
  • 20g – Chocolate Chips
  • Almond Milk – Add enough to cover all the oats with about a half inch of extra milk

That’s pretty much it. You quickly throw it all together then just throw it into the fridge and wait. Below, I’ll list some other options and toppings you can add into the oats for extra flavor or if you want to switch things up.

Other Things You Can Add

  • Freeze Dried Fruit
  • Frozen Fruit
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Almonds
  • Nuts
  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Maple Syrup
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Caffeine Powder
  • Eggnog
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Pumpkin

Literally Anything

You can pretty much add whatever you want to your overnight oats. The possibilities are endless. If you like your oatmeal thick, add less milk. If you like it runny, add lots of milk and you can basically drink your oatmeal if you want. I do this sometimes in a shaker bottle.
